Job summary

HLL Lifecare seeks a skilled Operations Lead for Mental Health & Wellness, based in Thiruvananthapuram. You will manage the day-to-day operations of multiple wellness centres, ensuring delivery of high-quality services aligned with strategic programmes.

You will develop and enforce SOPs, ensure quality assurance, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to enable scalable expansion and impactful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations.
• Essential: Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in operations management and multi-location wellness centres.
• Desirable: Government or institutional project experience, partnerships and service-quality monitoring.

Tasks

• Lead day-to-day operations of mental health and wellness centres, ensuring standardized, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Translate strategic initiatives into effective programme implementation, ensuring timely execution, resource deployment and achievement of operational objectives.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, SOPs, quality assurance and compliance frameworks across centres and programmes.
• Monitor centre-wise performance, service quality, productivity and key operational metrics, driving continuous improvement and corrective action.
• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, institutional partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, process standardization and performance management, enabling scalable and sustainable expansion of the Division.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 45 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. 35000 - 65000/-

Gross Salary: Rs.70945 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: Rs. 10.07 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in operations management, establishment and management of multi-location wellness centres, programme implementation, and service delivery in mental health, behavioural wellness, healthcare, rehabilitation, or allied sectors, with expertise in operational planning, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and developing scalable and sustainable service delivery models.

Desirable: Experience in Government or institutional projects, partnerships, client acquisition, proposal development, service-quality monitoring, reporting, revenue support and coordination of multidisciplinary or field teams.
