Qualifications

• Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management.
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in business development or project development in mental health or related healthcare fields.
• Desirable: Government business exposure and partnerships with healthcare institutions or NGOs.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. 60000 - 90000/-

Gross Salary: Rs.121620/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: Rs.17.06 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale

Qualification:

Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in business development, institutional sales or project development in mental health, behavioural wellness, healthcare, rehabilitation or allied services, including stakeholder engagement and development of sustainable service models.

Desirable: Experience in Government business, partnerships with healthcare institutions or NGOs, client acquisition, proposal and bid development, programme design, quality standards and national or multi-location project implementation.
