  • Follow SOP involving multiple stakeholders to execute launch configurations.
  • Analyze daily and weekly trends of SDT/ SAT adherence to identify lanes with consistent critical challenges.
  • Drive standardizations of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with operations team.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders to get inputs and give updates on different projects

Description

Amazon Now is the Quick Commerce offering in supply chain that is capable of delivering orders within 10-15 mins of placement. The team aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible. This role is based out of our Bangalore corporate office and is for an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed individual. This is a highly visible and critical function at Amazon, the scope of which includes driving ownership, earning trust of stakeholders to delivering results. This position involves regular communication with senior management, project sponsors on status, risks and change control. Stakeholder management, cross-team coordination and executive presentation skills are must. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, enjoys working with large scale of data, a curious builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
