Job summary

Lions Verify Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Operations Executive – BGV to lead background verification operations. The role requires hands-on experience in Employment, Criminal and Address Verification and the ability to manage a team to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of verification cases. Noida-based work location preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the BGV/Background Verification industry is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Employment Verification, Criminal Verification, and Address Verification.
• Experience in team handling/team leadership.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day BGV operations and verification processes.
• Handle end-to-end Employment Verification, Criminal Verification, and Address Verification.
• Allocate verification cases to team members and monitor their progress.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve targets.
• Ensure verification reports are accurate and delivered within TAT.
• Review verification reports and maintain high-quality standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal departments.

About the Role

Lions Verify Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Operations Executive – BGV to manage and lead our background verification operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Employment Verification, Criminal Verification, and Address Verification, along with the ability to manage a team efficiently and ensure timely and accurate completion of verification cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day BGV operations and verification processes.
• Handle end-to-end Employment Verification, Criminal Verification, and Address Verification.
• Allocate verification cases to team members and monitor their progress.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Ensure all verification reports are accurate, complete, and delivered within TAT.
• Review verification reports and maintain high-quality standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal departments whenever required.
• Track pending, completed, and escalated cases and prepare regular MIS/reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company verification processes.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better operational efficiency.
• Train and support team members to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of candidate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the BGV/Background Verification industry is mandatory.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Employment Verification
• Criminal Verification
• Address Verification
• Previous experience in team handling/team leadership.
• Good knowledge of BGV processes, TAT, quality checks, and escalation handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidate must be based in Noida or be comfortable working from Noida Sector 132.
