Job summary

OrbitVerify, the Background Verification division of Orbitouch Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd., seeks an experienced BGV Specialist in New Delhi. The role focuses on end-to-end employment verification, document review, and maintaining high-quality records.

You will coordinate with HR and managers, ensure timely verifications, and uphold compliance across processes in a walkable Tilak Nagar location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Employee Background Verification (BGV) company.
• Experience in handling end-to-end employee background verification processes.
• Strong communication and email drafting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment verification through calls, emails, and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate with HR departments and managers to verify employment details.
• Review and validate documents like offer letters and salary slips.
• Update verification results in internal systems with proper records.
• Identify discrepancies and red flags per SOPs and escalate as needed.
• Ensure verifications are completed within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Support audit requirements and drive process improvements.

Job description

Experience: 5+ Years (Only candidates with experience in a Background Verification company will be considered)

Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi (Walking distance from Tilak Nagar Metro Station)

CTC: Up to 4.20 LPA (Depends on interview performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Background Verification (BGV) Specialist to join OrbitVerify, the Background Verification division of Orbitouch Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct employment verification through calls, emails, and third-party verification platforms.
• Coordinate with HR departments, reporting managers, and organizations to verify employment details, including tenure, designation, compensation, and reason for exit.
• Review and validate documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, salary slips, and other supporting documents.
• Update verification results accurately on internal systems and maintain proper records.
• Identify and escape discrepancies, red flags, or pending verifications as per company SOPs.
• Ensure all verifications are completed within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) while maintaining high quality standards.
• Support audit requirements and contribute to continuous process improvements.
