Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced operations leader in India to oversee daily functions across production, purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics, HR, and finance. The role requires implementing policies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks to drive efficiency and accountability in a factory setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or general management within textiles or related sectors, with hands-on Factory/Plant experience and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in operations or general management within textile industry
• Experience in a Factory/Plant environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations across production, purchase, sales, inventory, logistics, HR, and finance.
• Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks across all business units.
• End-to-end purchase process from vendor selection and negotiation to order approval and delivery tracking.
• End-to-end sales process including order management, dispatch, customer communication, and after-sales support.
• Approve pricing decisions, credit terms, and special commercial arrangements.
• Review sales pipeline, receivables, and monthly revenue forecasts to align with production capacity.
• Inventory planning for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
