Job summary

Vistaar Finance in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced risk professional to strengthen the operational risk framework within the risk management function. You will help implement controls, assess processes, and support governance across the organization.

The role requires 5–6 years in risk, internal audit, or related fields, with familiarity of RBI regulations and strong analytical abilities. Collaboration with finance, compliance, and business teams will be essential to drive effective risk

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Audit Firms, Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to RBI regulations, risk frameworks, and governance processes will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational risk assessments and control testing.
• Perform RCSA exercises and prepare Risk Control Matrix.
• Monitor KRIs and KPIs; analyze incidents and losses.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Experience

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Audit Firms, Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services.
• Experience in operational risk assessments, audit observations, control testing, and compliance reviews.
• Exposure to RBI regulations, risk frameworks, and governance processes will be preferred.

Functional Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management Frameworks.
• Experience in conducting RCSA and preparing Risk Control Matrices.
• Understanding KRIs, KPIs, control monitoring, and loss of event management.
• Knowledge of fraud risk assessment and root cause analysis techniques.
• Understanding regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to Banks/NBFCs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
