Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance, attendance) and provide insights to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes and maintain compliance with labor laws and standards.
• Design and deliver employee engagement and experience initiatives with leaders.

What You Will Do :

• - Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and operating plans
• - Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
• - Lead performance management practices, including goal setting, check-ins, annual reviews, and development planning
• - Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility to build organizational capability
• - Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and timely resolution, promoting a respectful and compliant work environment
• - Monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance, attendance) and provide insights and recommendations to enable data-driven decisions
• - Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes and maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards
• - Design and deliver employee engagement and employee experience initiatives (listening sessions, pulse checks, recognition, culture actions) in partnership with leaders
• - Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to identify hiring needs, support onboarding effectiveness, and execute capability-building programs
• - Support HR projects and change management initiatives, ensuring clear communications, leader enablement, and adoption
• - Provide day-to-day HR consultation and support to leaders and employees, proactively resolving issues and improving the overall employee experience

What You Will Need :
