The candidate will lead financial planning, MIS, and partnerships, mentored teams, and implement impact measurement frameworks to ensure efficient operations and sustained social impact.

Formación

• 3-5 years in NGO/Trust/Foundation operations.
• Hands-on experience with SROI, ESG & SDG frameworks.
• Strong finance, legal compliance, governance & operations knowledge.
• Gujarati & English proficiency mandatory.

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead NGO/Foundation operations, finance, compliance, governance and social development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy & execution of social development programs aligned with SDGs
• Drive budgeting, financial planning & resource allocation
• Oversee MIS, reporting & stakeholder presentations
• Manage legal, audit, statutory & financial compliance
• Build relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations & CSR partners

Requirements
