Lifestyle Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Chukde Spices) in Sonipat, Haryana (Rai Unit 395) seeks a Senior R&D Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in spices and FMCG food manufacturing to lead product development and sensory evaluation.

You will drive NPD, spice blending, formulation, trials, and shelf-life studies while coordinating with Production, QA/QC and Procurement to deliver cost-effective, safe, and compliant products.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years hands-on R&D experience in spices, seasonings, food processing or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in sensory evaluation including taste, aroma, colour, texture and flavour.
• Experience in NPD, product formulation, spice blending and seasoning development.
• Knowledge of product trials, recipe standardization, testing and formulation improvement.
• Ability to conduct shelf-life studies, raw material evaluation and cost optimization.
• Understanding of food safety standards, FSSAI requirements and R&D documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on R&D activities in spices and seasoning development.
• Drive New Product Development, formulation, trials and product benchmarking.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Procurement for successful launches.
• Oversee shelf-life studies and cost optimization during scale-up.

SENIOR R&D EXECUTIVE

Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 CTC Per Month
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on R&D experience in Spices, Seasonings, Food Processing or FMCG Food Manufacturing.
• Strong practical expertise in Sensory Evaluation, including taste, aroma, colour, texture and flavour assessment.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD), product formulation, spice blending and seasoning development.
• Knowledge of product trials, recipe standardization, product testing and formulation improvement.
• Ability to conduct shelf-life studies, raw material evaluation, product benchmarking and cost optimization.
• Understanding of food safety standards, FSSAI requirements, quality parameters and R&D documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Procurement for successful product development and commercialization.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Food Technology, Food Science or a relevant discipline.
