Job summary

Interspence Solutions LLP is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer with strong Fortinet expertise to join the Cyber Security team. The role focuses on deploying and managing Fortinet security solutions, ensuring secure network operations, and supporting HA, VPN, and routing configurations.

The candidate should have 6–10 years of experience in network security engineering, solid troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with BGP/OSPF.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Network Security Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls.
• Expertise in FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN deployments.
• Strong knowledge of IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and ADVPN.
• Experience with HA and clustering solutions.
• Knowledge of BGP and OSPF.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage FortiGate Firewalls.

• Configure Security Policies, NAT, IPS, Application Control, Web Filtering, and Threat Protection.
• Perform firewall upgrades, migrations, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Configure and support High Availability (HA) and clustering solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and ADVPN.
• Monitor security events, incident response, and threat investigations.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Prepare HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
