Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain high levels of performance and availability.
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including software and hardware updates.
• Install and configure network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Develop and implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with vendors for new systems technologies and manage installations.
• Respond to network-related issues reported by users, offering immediate solutions or escalating as necessary.
• Recommend upgrades and improvements based on performance monitoring and trends.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting support for networking issues.
• Assist with the configuration and deployment of network hardware and software.
• Manage network documentation and maintain updated network schematics.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex network issues.
• Perform routine network maintenance and updates.
• Respond promptly to network alerts and service requests.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to networking.
• Participates in On Call Rotation 24/7
• Comply with employment policies and directives as required by the company.

Required Qualifications:
