The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, EF Core and SQL Server, with experience mentoring teams and guiding architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong recent experience with ASP.NET Core / modern .NET.
• Previous experience as Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead developers while remaining hands-on with development.

Responsibilities

• Lead application architecture and backend development using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable REST APIs and backend services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to .NET developers.
• Participate actively in coding, troubleshooting and complex implementations.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding and development standards.
• Design database structures and optimise SQL queries and application performance.
• Lead integrations with internal and third-party APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access and application security.
• Define standards for exception handling, logging, caching, background processing and transaction management.
• Work closely with Angular developers, QA, DevOps and business teams.

We are looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in modern .NET technologies to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.
