Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain Existing Features And Troubleshoot Bugs Using .Net And C# Technologies, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests And Providing Support For Enhancements And New Developments Based On Business And Client Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Data And Information, Resolving Tickets, And Managing Day-To-Day Support Activities In A Devops Environment, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Meeting Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Client Requirements Using Tools Like Confluence And Microsoft Word, Ensuring That All Project Documentation Is Up-To-Date And Reflective Of Development Processes.
4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers On .Net Best Practices And coding Standards, Fostering A Collaborative And Knowledge-Sharing Environment.
5. Interact With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather Requirements For Development Purposes, Utilizing Tools Like Azure Devops For Project Tracking And Task Management.
