• Experience configuring GitHub Actions runners (self-hosted / GitHub hosted).
• Experience with Windows build tooling like MSBuild, .NET Framework/Core.
• Solid Hyper-V and Windows VM management experience.
• Hands-on Docker and containerization in CI/CD and delivery contexts.
• Experience with InstallShield and Windows installer packaging.

• Familiarity with networking concepts, SSL/TLS certificates, and firewall rules.
