Job summary

Petrocon Engineers and Consultants (PEC) seeks a Senior Modeler MEPF to lead MEPF BIM modeling across industrial and building projects. You will ensure clash-free, constructible models supporting design development, procurement, and site execution.

You will coordinate Revit MEP models, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and drive issue logs and resolutions with design and site teams to deliver accurate drawings, schedules, and quantities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• BIM training/certification (Revit MEP, Navisworks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate MEPF Revit models as per the project BIM Execution Plan and required LOD.
• Perform clash detection and coordination across MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, log issues, and track resolution with design and site teams.
• Ensure accurate extraction of drawings, schedules, and quantities from the coordinated model.
• Maintain model integrity, version control, and compliance with naming and parameter standards.
• Liaise with design engineers and site engineers to reflect design changes and RFIs in the model.
• Support production of shop drawings and as-built models for handover.
• Generate coordination and clash reports for internal review and client submission.

Reports To: BIM Manager / Project Manager

Location: Project Site / Design Office (as assigned)

Job Summary

The Senior Modeler (MEPF) will coordinate MEPF BIM models across industrial and building projects, ensuring clash-free, constructible, and well-documented models that support design development, procurement, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Experience

6+ years of experience in MEPF BIM modeling and coordination on industrial or building projects.

Key Skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Good understanding of MEPF systems design for industrial/building facilities.
• Experience in clash detection workflows and multi-discipline coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plan requirements.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
