Job summary

Evarastaffing in India, Delhi is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports. The role requires extracting data from ERP/CRM/finance systems, validating accuracy, and collaborating with leadership to define KPIs and align outputs with strategic goals.

You will automate reports, perform data validation, and present insights to senior management through dashboards and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Excel with advanced functions proficiency.
• Experience with ERP and CRM data extraction for reporting.
• Ability to automate reporting processes and tell dashboards.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for cross-functional business units.
• Extract, validate, and consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and finance systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify KPIs, define reporting metrics, and align MIS outputs with strategic business goals.
• Perform data validation, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis to improve data quality and reporting integrity.
• Automate manual reporting processes using macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and Power Query to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Present findings and insights to senior management through visual dashboards and executive summaries, enabling faster, data-led decisions.
