Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on middleware/cloud/DevOps experience.
• EKS Administrator with cluster provisioning, scaling, upgrading, and securing containers.
• Strong AWS infrastructure expertise (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route53, Load Balancers).
• Experience with Docker/containerd and Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, Istio, Prometheus, Grafana).
• IaC experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
• Deep understanding of networking, storage, and security in K8s/AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

This pivotal role focuses on the administration and orchestration of Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and the broader AWS ecosystem, ensuring the high availability, scalability, and security of our middleware platforms. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and optimize deployment processes, contributing significantly to our robust and efficient infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include provisioning, scaling, upgrading, and securing EKS clusters, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, and automating operational tasks with scripting languages. You will also be expected to troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold best practices in cloud and container security. Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route53, and Load Balancers.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd) and Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, Istio, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation and operational tasks.
• Deep understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts within Kubernetes and AWS environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of service mesh architectures and microservices deployments.
