Job Summary

Seeking an experienced MES professional with strong Manufacturing domain expertise to lead MES implementation, integration, and optimisation initiatives across production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into MES solutions.
• Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and shop‑floor systems.
• Drive manufacturing digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot MES‑related issues and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of experience in Manufacturing and MES.
• Hands‑on experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, Apriso, FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, GE Proficy, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of production, quality, traceability, and shop‑floor processes.
• Experience in MES‑ERP integration and manufacturing system architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, SCADA, and PLC interfaces.

Preferred

• Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, OEE, and Smart Factory initiatives.
• Experience leading large‑scale MES transformation programmes.
