Qualifications

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser (Jewelry Purchase) role based in Jaipur. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing jewelry buying strategies, including vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement to ensure the right product mix across categories. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and customer insights, tracking market trends, and aligning assortments with brand positioning and pricing guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with design, marketing, retail operations, and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, product launches, and merchandising calendars. The Senior Merchandiser will also monitor product performance, recommend reorders or markdowns, and support store teams with merchandising guidance to optimize sales and customer experience.
