Job summary

Whistle and Hops is seeking an experienced apparel merchandising and sourcing leader to scale a fast-growing sourcing business in India. You will own end-to-end merchandising, drive costing, and build vendor networks across knits, woven, and athleisure.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of hands-on experience in fast fashion environments, a proactive, ownership-driven approach, and a track record of delivering high-speed cycles. Compensation ranges from ₹8–18 LPA based on experience.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in apparel merchandising / sourcing.
• Strong experience in costing and vendor management.
• Exposure to fast fashion / value retail environments.
• Ability to work in a high-speed, execution-driven setup.
• Someone proactive, ownership-driven, and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end merchandising (sampling to bulk production)
• Handling high-volume programs and repeat orders
