Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate to oversee the final stages of MEP installations on a construction project in Gurugram. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality, compliance with codes and specifications, and a smooth handover of MEP systems to clients.

You will lead site inspections, resolve issues, and manage documentation and reporting to support successful commissioning, with a focus on safety, schedule, and cost control.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical/Mechanical with 6–8 years of experience in Hospital/Hotels/IT Parks
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works and finishing
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience coordinating MEP finishes with architects and contractors

• Identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts that arise during the design or construction process.
• Contribute to the accurate estimation and management of project costs.
