Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Navi Mumbai to oversee MEP work for a data center construction project. The role involves design development, constructability assessments, and coordinating with multiple services disciplines to ensure timely approvals and compliant execution.

You will lead shop drawing approvals, vendor selection, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical/HVAC/plumbing systems, and manage handovers with all requisite manuals and test

Qualifications

• BE Electrical/Mech with 10+ years of experience, preferably in data center projects.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in initial design development of MEP Services and assess constructability of the design.
• Review legal and statutory compliance of design and follow up on obtaining approvals in time.
• Coordinate with all disciplines of Services Design.
• Ensure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approval.
• Execute services work as per the drawings, specifications in line with schedule and quality.
• Provide value addition in vendor selection and local material supply vendors.
• Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of equipment related to all service (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing, Firefighting).
• Manage handovers, ensuring all works are complete as per vendor contracts, receipt of manuals and test certificates, as-built drawings.
• Initiate Training to taking over team through Contractor, Consultants.
