Job summary

FyndBridge Consultants & Advisors is seeking a senior leader to design and drive new programmes aligned with our strategic goals. You will spearhead R&D, build external partnerships, and operationalize ideas into scalable initiatives for social impact.

The role requires 10–12 years in the social sector, strong communication skills, and proven success in coordinating with third-party partners to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in the social sector.
• Strong understanding of the social sector with domain expertise in one or more key areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in commissioning and managing projects through third-party partners to achieve defined objectives.
