• Organization and Workforce Transformation - Integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics as well as talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary, award-winning EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in GCC setup and transformation initiatives, with the ability to support end-to-end workforce advisory engagements.
• Solid understanding of change management frameworks to enable smooth organizational and operating model transitions.
• Proven capability in designing employee experience strategies that align with workforce transformation objectives.
• Experience in solution building for workforce advisory programs, translating business needs into practical, scalable models.
• Ability to apply advanced academic grounding in psychology, HRM, or management to support data-driven and people-centric advisory solutions.
