Job summary

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale HR transformation programs, aligning people, process, technology, governance, and operating models to business strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor on GCC/GBS setup, transformation, and scaling, including capability strategy, workforce planning, service portfolio design, and talent operating models. Provide leadership across transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless migration of services, operating model stabilization, and long-term value realization. Design and optimize HR and Enterprise Operating Models, including organization structures, governance frameworks, service delivery models, roles, and decision rights. Lead organization design and organizational effectiveness engagements, including spans and layers assessments, role architecture, workforce segmentation, and organizational redesign. Apply expertise in AI, automation, and Future of Work trends to help clients redesign work, enable workforce productivity, and build skills-based organizations. Drive the development of strategic workforce, talent, and capability strategies that address evolving business needs, critical skill gaps, and future workforce requirements. Provide leadership on change management and transformation adoption, ensuring stakeholder alignment, employee engagement, and sustainable business outcomes. Demonstrate strong people leadership by coaching, mentoring, and developing managers, consultants, and analysts while fostering a high-performance team culture. Ensure adherence to Quality & Risk Management (QRM) standards, maintaining technical rigor, compliance, delivery excellence, and quality assurance across engagements. Build and sustain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to CHROs, HR leaders, GCC leaders, and business stakeholders. Contribute to business development and practice growth through solution development, proposal leadership, thought leadership, account expansion, and identification of new client opportunities.
