Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in GCC HR consulting with a focus on AI solution design and build for workforce advisory engagements. Experience in GCC setup and transformation initiatives, including operating model design and implementation support. Proficient in applying change management methodologies to enable smooth adoption of transformation programs. Ability to translate consulting requirements into structured, scalable, and technically sound workforce solutions. Demonstrated capability in supporting end-to-end advisory delivery across HR transformation and GCC modernization efforts.
