Job summary

Ethnus Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Senior Manager – Training Delivery to lead and own the Technical Training Department. You will drive end-to-end curriculum strategy, learning outcomes, and quality across Software Engineering, Salesforce, and Data/AI tracks.

You will mentor trainers, collaborate with colleges, plan capacity, and report on performance and improvements. Travel for college visits and stakeholder meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum design, or academic leadership within a technology/EdTech environment.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one core technical domain (Software Engineering, Salesforce, or Data/AI).
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and performance-managing trainer teams.
• Experience managing training delivery and relationships with colleges or academic institutions.
• Strong quality-audit orientation — reviewing classroom delivery, content, and assessments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Training Delivery Department end-to-end and serve as the overall owner of the department.
• Own the Table of Contents (TOC), curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and periodic updates across all technical tracks.
• Guide the development of content, labs, assignments, assessments, and projects for each skill track.
• Coordinate with technology SMEs for specialised and emerging subject areas.
• Evaluate, onboard, allocate, and mentor technical trainers across all skill tracks.
• Monitor training quality, delivery progress, and student outcomes through classroom audits and trainer reviews.
• Plan and execute Train-the-Trainer sessions for fresher technical trainers, working closely with the Sr. Technical Trainer team.
• Build a strong second line of leadership by developing Sr. Technical Trainers who own execution within their respective skill areas.
• Coordinate with colleges and handle curriculum, trainer-quality, and delivery escalations.
• Conduct major college visits, audits, and stakeholder meetings.
• Plan trainer capacity and upcoming training requirements across all skill tracks.
• Serve as the primary point of academic and delivery accountability for the department.
• Review training performance and college satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
• Track syllabus completion, assessments, feedback, and student performance across all tracks.
• Prepare monthly reports and drive continuous improvement plans for the department.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Technical Training to own and run the Technical Training Department as a complete academic and delivery function within Ethnus. This role carries end-to-end ownership of curriculum, training quality, and trainer capability across all technical skill tracks (Software Engineering, Salesforce, and Data/AI & Emerging Technologies), and is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality training outcomes across colleges and cohorts. The Lead acts as the overall owner of the department, with Sr. Technical Trainers managing day-to-day execution and reporting into this role.
