To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership. Proven experience engaging at Executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes. Track record of defining multi-workflow, enterprise-scale architectures and governance models. Strong ability to operate as a program-level architect, guiding multiple teams and partners toward a unified vision. Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance. ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) plus other architecture and governance framework certifications are highly desirable.
