Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in risk consulting, underwriting, or related fields.
• B.Tech/B.E degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience conducting risk surveys, audits, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk surveys for clients based on requirements.
• Perform desktop analysis / PML for market reports and help with underwriting inputs.
• Conduct safety and electrical audits, and deliver trainings for clients.
• Achieve targeted loss ratio goals for applicable lines of business.
• Coordinate third-party surveyors and ensure timely, high-quality inspection reports.
• Drive process development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
