The role demands 15+ years in purchase/procurement within contracting/construction, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

• 15+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement for construction.
• Experience in contracting/construction firms is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors and procurement.

• - Monitor purchase costs, budgets, quality, and delivery schedules.
• - Identify new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.
• - Lead and mentor the purchase team.

Candidate Requirements
