Job summary

Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end R&D and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, quality, and cost parameters.

The role demands strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management across regulatory, production, and QA/QC. Eligible candidates have 7–12 years of core PM experience in pharma, with PMP certification mandatory and exposure to sterile/ophthalmic/injectable manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• 7-12 years of core project management experience in a pharmaceutical/regulatory environment.
• Experience in sterile/ophthalmic/injectable manufacturing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track projects across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Production.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and stage-gate requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and scope changes with proactive escalation.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and governance updates for stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct project reviews and capture learnings for continuous improvement.
• Ensure documentation and communication throughout the lifecycle.
