Process Intelligence is a data-driven approach to creating process transparency using advanced analytics and process mining to uncover how end-to-end processes are executed, highlighting gaps between expectation and reality. In this vital role, the Senior Manager, Business Performance - Process Intelligence will be accountable for and leading and support scaling, governance, and execution of Process Intelligence capabilities across enterprise transformation programs. Operating at GCF Level 06A, you will translate strategy into scalable operating models, measurable outcomes, and sustainable performance improvements while leading a team of process intelligence professionals.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience in Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management experience.
