The role requires MBA with HR transformation experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change. This position sits within EY’s Workforce Advisory practice in Hyderabad.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong consulting and solutioning capability across HR transformation support engagements for GCC clients. Ability to drive end-to-end delivery with structured problem solving and data-backed workforce advisory recommendations. Experience in managing engagement economics, team utilization, and delivery governance for consulting projects. Proven capability to support proposal development, scope framing, and new growth initiatives within the practice. Sound leadership in coordinating teams and ensuring effective execution across multiple client deliverables.
