Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in HR transformation initiatives, with the ability to design and execute future-ready workforce solutions. Proficient in GCC setup strategy, including operating model design, transition planning, and implementation support. Demonstrated capability in driving business and market portfolio growth through structured advisory and solution development. Sound understanding of workforce advisory frameworks, supported by a Master's in Business Administration or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. Ability to align delivery execution with business objectives across complex HR and organizational transformation engagements.
