Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong understanding of HR systems and HCM architecture to support solution design and workflow optimization. Experience in architecting end-to-end HR transformation solutions aligned with process and technology requirements. Ability to apply AI in HR use cases to enhance automation, analytics, and decision support. Proficient in leading HR solutioning efforts, including design considerations for scalable and efficient operations. Exposure to PMO-led transformation initiatives and change execution within HR advisory or consulting environments.
