EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for the National PAS WKFA CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory in Gurgaon. You will drive transformation initiatives, lead learning strategies, and work with clients to align people strategies with business goals.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and BI capabilities, with experience in workforce analytics and AI-enabled learning initiatives. Located in Gurugram with primary location posting.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Hands-on experience in learning and workforce transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of capability building and organizational learning needs. Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective learning strategies and curricula. Proficient in instructional design, learning journey design, and end-to-end program design to build scalable development solutions. Strong working knowledge of generative AI and Microsoft Copilot, with the ability to support AI upskilling initiatives and modern learning experiences. Experienced in change management, stakeholder and client management, project execution, and executive-level communication through PowerPoint and storyboarding.
