Job description

• Drive end-to-end coordination of reinsurance playbook execution across global regions and functions, including driving communications, managing timelines, performing reviews of completed templates (form and substance), ensuring readiness for stakeholder signoffs, and tracking timely completion of leadership approvals while escalating risks to timelines or quality
• Coordinate execution of deep dive contract reviews, including scheduling and facilitating kickoff meetings, status updates, and executive presentations; driving completion of deliverables by cross-functional SMEs (e.g., contract review template and presentation); tracking progress; proactively following up on delays; and escalating risks to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of observations identified through playbooks and deep dive reviews, including maintaining centralized tracking, ensuring clear ownership and status visibility, monitoring remediation progress, following up with stakeholders, and assessing the adequacy and appropriateness of supporting documentation prior to closure in accordance with governance standards
• Oversee the reinsurance change notification process, including reviewing form submissions for completeness and quality, following up on gaps or inconsistencies, tracking completion timelines, coordinating stakeholder signoffs, and escalating delays or issues where governance expectations are not met
• Support audit and other requests related to reinsurance governance processes, including, gathering documentation, and ensuring timely, accurate, and complete responses
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, including process descriptions, process flow maps, and metrics tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of governance processes, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data transparency
• Support preparation of leadership materials and executive reporting, including compiling metrics and summarizing process status
• Support ad hoc governance initiatives and strategic priorities, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination of cross-functional efforts as directed by the Stakeholder.
