Job summary

Rites in Delhi seeks a Senior Manager (Mech.) – Bulk Material Handling Expert to lead design and optimization of bulk material handling systems. You will guide projects from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring technical and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a BE/B.tech in Mechanical Engineering and extensive hands-on experience with conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders/unloaders and related equipment, plus cost estimation and lifecycle analysis for CAPEX/OPEX.

Qualifications

• Full-time Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years designing and optimizing bulk material handling systems.
• Experience with conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders/unloaders, silos, wagon tipplers and rapid loading systems.
• Experience in CAPEX/OPEX lifecycle analysis, budgeting and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize bulk material handling systems from feasibility to commissioning.

Minimum Qualification:

Full-time Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology in Mechanical / Production / Production& Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Railways/ Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combinations in part or whole.

Minimum post - qualification experience

Minimum of 06 years experience in designing and optimizing bulk material handling systems. Ability to develop process flow diagrams, capacity calculations, and optimization studies. The expert must be well-versed in material handling systems like conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders/unloaders, silos, wagon tipplers, and rapid loading systems, with proven capability in project lifecycle management from feasibility to commissioning. Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and lifecycle analysis of CAPEX and OPEX.
