Job summary

Haridwarbn is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead Operations & Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment. You will drive production planning, quality control, and maintenance while partnering with senior management on strategic initiatives.

You will implement lean manufacturing, develop SOPs, manage budgets, and build MIS reporting to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min 10+ Years of experience into Production & Supply Chain Management with min. 5+ yrs as Plant Operations in Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), Change Management, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Control principles.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts such as 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools) and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by implementing process improvements initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Candidates should have experience on ERP Implementation and Deployment.

Responsibilities

• Help build and streamline the Operations & Supply Chain for a manufacturing setup.
• Ensure efficient production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic plans.
• Implement new technologies to improve plant efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct performance reviews and adjust to meet production targets.
• Prepare and manage the plants budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with goals.
• Monitor and control operational expenses.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and build SOPs for the Supply Chain & Logistics Division.
• Build SOPs to ensure timely product delivery and strong client relationships.
• Implement lean manufacturing to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Build capabilities in SCM Operations, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and logistics coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Build the MIS Reporting system.
