WOW Softech is seeking a senior Production & Operations Leader to own and drive production planning, execution, and capacity utilization across all manufacturing facilities in India. You will lead expansion, ramp-up, and stabilisation of lines to support business growth while building a robust quality culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes vendor development, supply chain continuity, and cost management, with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, automation, and digital dashboards

• Experience & Background 22+ years of experience in Auto-component manufacturing / operations leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing multi-plant operations in automotive, energy, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience in scaling operations during high-growth phases.

• Cost, Productivity & Margin Management Drive operational efficiency to reduce manufacturing and procurement costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Improve productivity across manpower, machines, and materials.
• Strengthen inventory management and working capital efficiency.
• Process Excellence, Standardisation & Digitisation Implement standard operating procedures across all plants to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Drive digitisation of production, quality, and operational dashboards for real-time visibility and decision-making.
• People Leadership & Capability Building Build a strong second-line leadership pipeline across plant, quality, and operations functions.
• Coach and develop Plant Heads and functional leaders to operate with ownership and accountability.
• Foster a performance-driven, safety-conscious, and people-centric culture across operations.
• Strategic Execution & Growth Enablement Partner with the leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into operational execution.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective launch of new products, lines, and technologies.
• Act as a key contributor to long-term capacity planning and operational strategy.

Preferred candidate profile
