• 8+ years of full-time experience in online managerial roles at leading Edtech platforms or top-tier institutions.
• Strong appreciation for high-quality education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong marketing and communications capabilities.
• Preference for Ashoka/YIF alumni.
• Career interest in Education with a solid educational background.

Responsibilities

• Identify market needs and design differentiated online courses for Indian and global students.
• Build and manage a network of faculty, subject matter experts, and guest speakers for course development and delivery.
• Plan and execute online courses with high academic standards and seamless learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams across programme development, operations, outreach, marketing, and communications while collaborating with Ashoka teams.
• Drive outreach and engagement through faculty-led communications, webinars, events, email campaigns, and social media.
• Develop partnerships with schools, counsellors, and institutions to expand reach and lead online and offline outreach initiatives.
• Create high-quality course outlines, learning resources, and reference materials for print and digital platforms and continuously evaluate programme effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the high school education landscape, student needs, and market trends to identify, design, and launch differentiated online courses for students in India and globally.
• Build and manage a strong network of faculty, subject matter experts, and guest speakers to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality programmes.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of online courses, ensuring timely delivery, high academic standards, and a seamless learning experience for all stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across programme development, operations, outreach, marketing, and communications while collaborating closely with other Ashoka teams.
• Drive outreach and engagement by developing faculty-led communications, webinars, events, email campaigns, and social media initiatives targeted at students, parents, teachers, principals, and counsellors.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with schools, counsellors, and institutions to expand programme reach and lead online and offline outreach initiatives.
• Ensure the creation of high-quality course outlines, learning resources, and reference materials for both print and digital platforms while continuously evaluating programme effectiveness and market relevance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of full-time experience in similar online managerial roles with one of the leading Edtech platforms or top-tier institutions
• Rich appreciation exposure to high-quality education
• Excellent communicator across verbal written and experienced public speaker
• Strong marketing communication skills.
• Preference would be given to Ashoka/ YIF alumni.
• Only candidates with a strong career interest in Education and a strong education background need to apply. Preference would be given to graduates/post-graduates in Education from reputed institutes.
