About the High School Programs
Ashoka aims to leverage its brand, pedagogy, and best practices to build impactful programs for High School Students—both offline and online certificate programs, including the Young Scholars Program (YSP), Ashoka Horizons, and others.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify programme opportunities and the right fit faculty within and outside the Ashoka ecosystem to build a portfolio of high-impact courses and programmes for high schoolers (Grade 9-12) in India and abroad.
- Work closely with diverse faculty, including global academicians, industry leaders, and domain experts to develop enriching academic programmes customised for the high school segment.
- Ensure timely course execution and deliver programmes of the highest global standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and programme operations teams to provide course‑based marketing material, faculty support in the marketing, and ensure all programme operational needs are shared with the team.
- Coordinate with other departments in Ashoka—faculty, facilities, operations, IT, procurement—to ensure seamless programme delivery and smooth execution.
- Engage with schools, counsellors, parents, and students on course‑related outreach communication.
- Review applications, evaluate admission support in coordination with the programme operations team; manage induction, training, and management of full‑time/part‑time programme counsellors and outreach admissions teams.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years experience in similar roles with a leading Indian university or online/on‑premises courses targeted at high school students.
- Minimum 3 years experience with premier organisations.
- Preference given to past associates/students of Ashoka University, YIF, YSP, or Horizons programmes.
