Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in plant maintenance and leading maintenance teams.
• Good communication skills are essential for coordinating across units.
• Ability to manage plant maintenance independently and drive reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal functioning of all production equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Minimize downtime and ensure high equipment availability.
• Conduct periodic visits as per defined schedule.
• Review equipment performance and maintenance practices.
• Perform audits and ensure SOP compliance.
• Guide teams to improve reliability and reduce breakdowns.
• Ensure machine readiness as per production plan.
• Support line changeovers and machine parameter settings.
• Coordinate with production for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Plan manpower and allocate tasks effectively.
