• Support legal due diligence, maintain IPO-ready corporate records, contracts, filings, and documentation, and coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Manage board/shareholder documentation, statutory records, corporate filings, and governance requirements.
• Identify legal and compliance risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate litigation, arbitration, disputes, and external legal counsel.
• Advise on employment contracts, labour laws, employee policies, and workplace compliance.
• Manage trademarks, copyrights, and other IP-related matters.
• Provide legal guidance on business decisions, policies, partnerships, and risk assessment.
