Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India seeks a Senior Manager Industrial & Logistics to lead business development and transaction management across Eastern India, including site identification, negotiations, and deal closure. You will build a robust leasing and land acquisition pipeline, analyze market trends, and maintain key client relationships with 3PL operators, occupiers, landowners, and developers.

This role emphasizes proactive client advisory and end-to-end service throughout the transaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years related real estate experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Identify and pursue industrial land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing opportunities across Eastern India.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the 3PL, manufacturing, and industrial occupier client base.
• Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement.
• Lead end-to-end transaction management, including site identification, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leasing and land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Monitor industrial, logistics, and warehousing market developments and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers, and HNI investors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' operational, expansion, and investment objectives.
• Manage key client engagements and ensure a high level of service delivery throughout the transaction lifecycle.
