Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager in Industrial & Logistics to lead business development and transaction management across Eastern India. The role focuses on land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing, building a strong client base including 3PL operators and industrial occupiers.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of real estate experience, with strong communication skills and a proven track record in delivering efficient, timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years real estate experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Business development and transaction management across Eastern India.
• Identify and pursue industrial land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transaction management, including site identification, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leasing and land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers and investors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients; align with expansion and investment objectives.

Job Description

• Business Development & Transaction Management
• Identify and pursue industrial land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing opportunities across Eastern India.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the 3PL, manufacturing, and industrial occupier client base.
• Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement.
• Lead end-to-end transaction management, including site identification, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leasing and land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Monitor industrial, logistics, and warehousing market developments and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers, and HNI investors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' operational, expansion, and investment objectives.
• Manage key client engagements and ensure a high level of service delivery throughout the transaction lifecycle.
