Job summary

The role partners with management and business unit owners to optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and strengthen the general ledger accuracy through robust MIS and reporting processes. Candidates should be CA qualified with 1–4 years of NBFC/BFSI experience.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with 1–4 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI preferred.

• Proficient in financial reporting, ledger management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review journal entries and reconcile balances to prepare financial reports.
• Produce timely MIS with business unit owners and stakeholders.

• Manage chart of accounts and ensure GL accuracy.
• Ensure precise classification and booking of all transactions.
• Advise on financial and accounting processes.
