Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure financial stability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors for compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

• Manage cash flow, debt and investment activities to optimize resources.
