Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a dynamic Manager - Finance Controller with 10–15 years of experience in the Power industry to oversee all financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to the organization.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, manage statutory reporting, coordinate audits with external auditors, monitor financial metrics, supervise the finance team, and collaborate with other departments to drive cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in finance/controller roles within the power sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the organization's financial stability.
• Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
